About

I’m Karen, a ceramic artist working out of a 40-foot shipping container studio on a lakeside property near Dallas. With a BFA and MFA in ceramics from the University of North Texas and a background in photography and design, plus over 20 years of teaching experience, I approach clay like a designer, always moving between collections and following fresh inspiration.

I currently teach ceramics at Collin College and a local pottery studio, in addition to offering private studio sessions, a mobile pottery experience I bring straight to your home or workplace. Perfect for parties or team building activities.
